Over the years we have been forming a team or rather a family of experts in the different operations that make up our assembly line, our family, mostly women, has been obtaining and cultivating experience in closing operations, linking seams and specially in the area of finishes.

All of our garments have the seam finishes done manually for a better presentation, fineness and durability.

Why organic cotton?

Standard farmed cotton is still closely related to the use of chemicals that not only harm the environment but are also linked to diseases such as cancer. We believe in the well-being and positive consequences of using organic cotton both in the sense of comfort as well as in its low impact on the environment.

The Eco / bio cotton is grown organically, without using any pesticide or other chemical substances that represent a danger to our environment or to farmers and people participating in the chain of cultivation of this plant. The fertilizers used are natural and the fiber is collected manually.

The Peruvian organic pima cotton fiber is our finest representative of this unique variety of natural fibers. It provides a supreme softness and touch while preserving the already known natural and physical properties of cotton.

Baby alpaca wool is also available in an organic way. Our yarn suppliers sell alpaca yarns with BIO certification. Our rich mixtures of baby alpaca fiber and pima cotton are also a great alternative for fabrics suitable for mid-season products.

Yarns

We source our yarns from top Peruvian mills with the highest standards of quality and with the most recognized certifications. We have available a stock service of a variety of yarns such as: Pima cotton combed and gassed in several counts 40s, 30s, 24s, 20s etc., single and twisted. We also make novelty marled color ways and we have a large color card on 100% heathered cotton. We work with slub and boucle yarns as well. Special dye cotton and alpaca yarns are also available by request. We maintain small stocks for sampling. Baby alpaca & Alpaca blends in several yarn counts, singles and twisted. Blends: Our Partner mills offer a large variety of custom blends, most of them are offered in a stock service format. Color cards are immediately available under request.

Technology

We started our business using German made machines mainly Stoll and Universal units. Since 1985 we have been always renovating our machine park and partnering with these machine manufacturers.

Our knitting lines include Scheller machines and flat knit 14, 12, 10, 8, 5 and 3 gg units.

Our assembly line is mostly composed by Italian made machines, we have always been confident on the quality of their performance and very proud of the workmanship we have acquired in time by using these machines and sewing equipment.

Output: quantities, times frames.

Our monthly outputs average 5 thousand pieces. We try to offer production programs based on a quick response and not so focused on volume / larger quantities. So we maintain production minima, aimed at building a supply more constant than sporadic. Our production strategy is designed to offer replenishment / reorder programs in the shortest possible period of time.

Our delivery times fluctuate between 60 and 90 days depending on the availability of stock service of yarns.

Our final inspection area maintains an excellent performance to keep shipments with an assured quality. We also offer a lab testing service to evaluate sunlight resistance and garment durability among other fabric and garment characteristics.
